Arrive no earlier than 8:30 AM. Check-in by 8:55 AM. Pick-up by 12:30 PM. Only listed authorized adults may pick up. Late pick-ups may affect future participation.  

Glove, bat (optional), helmet (optional), cleats/athletic shoes, filled water bottle, sunscreen, hat, modest athletic clothing. Optional labeled snack.  (Helmets and Bats will be available)

8:30–9:00 AM: Arrival, check-in, warm-up/stretching  

9:00–9:15 AM: Opening circle (welcome, rules, Christian character moment, optional prayer)  

 9:15–10:00 AM: Station 1 – Throwing/catching/arm care  

10:00–10:45 AM: Station 2 – Hitting/batting skills  

10:45–11:00 AM: Hydration/snack break  

11:00–11:45 AM: Station 3 – Fielding/base running/defensive games  

11:45 AM–12:00 PM: Scrimmage + closing circle (character takeaway, optional prayer)  

12:00–12:30 PM: Supervised dismissal

YES! There will be baseball and softball. Girls are welcome to join the baseball side!

1:8–10 ratio, background-checked staff, CPR/First Aid on site, Washington laws followed. Former Professional players coaching skills and fundamentals!
